If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with your Tours. So request you to please give us a chance to fulfil your dreams come true. We invite You to book your next trip with our Customized tour planes as per your requirement.
Definitions
For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:
Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Tourist Information Centre & Travel Desk, D 5/23 Tripura bharavi, Varanasi -221001.
Orders mean a request by You to book any services from Us.
Service refers to the Website.
Website refers to Tic Travel, accessible from https://tictravel.in/
You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
Your Order Cancellation Rights
You are entitled to cancel Your Booking within 7 days without giving any reason for doing so.
The deadline for cancelling your Booking is 7 days from the date on which You booked your trip for the Travelling. and for intercity services you have to cancel before 3 days of your service date.

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned information. All the government tax & service charges with cancelation charges apply.
Conditions for Returns
In order for the Bookings to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- 7 days before The Travelling date.
- Refund Depend on the cancelation of 3rd party ( hotels, cabs, etc,) vendors.
- Amount has to be paid after all cancelation charges.
The following bookings cannot be returned:
- The bookings of your package made to Your specifications or customizations clearly personalized.
- The bookings which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of cancelation is over.
- The bookings of services which are not suitable for return due to Security resign and weather condition.
- All the bookings and services are not entertained as per act of god.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
